To make an appointment just give our office a call. A receptionist
will take some initial referral information including your name,
address, and telephone number. If you plan to use your insurance,
we will need this information also. This will allow us to check
to see if your insurance will cover and how much of a co-pay
or deductible you have. Our Executive Director will give you
a call back to schedule your appointment with a therapist. He
will ask you the specifics of your situation and help choose
the right therapist for you.
